FAQ
What does the free plan include?
One project, with the whole flow: shooting, GPS clustering, the client report and full-res exports. Free projects are kept for 14 days and then removed, so it's built for trying the tool, not archiving work. We send a warning email before deletion, and you can upgrade to Solo any time to keep the project and add more.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Shooting works with no connection: photos queue on the device and upload in the background once you're back online.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Your reports stay reachable: share links keep working and clients can still view them, read-only. You won't be able to start new projects or re-export until you resubscribe.
How does the Team plan work?
Team is a shared workspace on one billing account, priced to your seat count. It also unlocks white-label client reports: your logo on the report instead of Plush74's. Tell us the team size via contact and we'll quote it.
Can I password-protect or set an expiry on a report link?
Yes, on every plan including Free. Each project's Report tab has a link password and an expiry date, or you can switch sharing off entirely: no separate settings to find.
Can I see if the client has opened the report?
Yes. The Report tab shows Report Activity: opens, last-opened time, photos viewed, shortlist count, and PDF/ZIP downloads, for every project, on every plan.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Billing is through Plush74 Switzerland AG: every payment gets a VAT invoice, available from your account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no minimum term. Cancel from your account and you'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
